RealTime’s continuous expansion means move to new premises imminent

RealTime DC will shortly be moving into brand new premises providing much needed additional space and facilities. The company moved into the current office space in May 2013 but have in the intervening years outgrown the site.

The new premises are based on the Rudford Industrial Estate in Ford, West Sussex. This area provides easy access to Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Arundel and is served by the nearby Ford railway station. As well as much needed additional office space, RealTime will now have its own warehousing space. The unit is 2000 square foot with 600 of that being reserved for warehousing.

The unit is being completely refitted to RealTime’s specifications including a brand new mezzanine floor, new toilets, shower and kitchen facilities, a new demo room, system build room and meeting room.

RealTime is also keen to make the new premises as energy efficient as possible with solar panels and air source heat pumps eliminating the need for fossil fuel heating. Alongside the LED lighting and fully insulated building, it will mean that RealTime will meet its target to reduce the amount of carbon released into the atmosphere.

The building will also be monitored both inside and out by the ACTi camera solution that RealTime resells.

The new premises will be officially opening on Tuesday 29th May and will enable RealTime’s continued expansion.
